On the morning of 18th April, teachers and students from the 6th grade of Huangmei Primary School in Luoling Town reached Anqing Foreign Language School for their spring outing. It was a clear, sunny day. We could hear birds’ twitter and smell the fragrance of flowers on campus. The students toured our campus cheeringly, which was full of infinite joy. Since the beginning of the event, three foreign teachers of Anqing Foreign Language School conduceted English interactive activities with students in the School Lecture Hall. Afterwards, students from Huangmei Primary School showcased their Huangmei opera talent show.
Moreover, the students arrived at our Outward Bound Training Base where they cooperated, played with each other and had great fun. Furthermore, students visited our School Histroy Museum, experienced the hand-crafted lesson in addition to the silk flower production and iron wire art class. Leaders and teachers from Huangmei Primary School expressed that they felt the unique charm of Anqing Foreign Language School and thanked us for providing this opportunity to let the children experience the different school life, because it was the first time that their students had attended the outreach event and carried through the handcrafting activities. Also, it was the first time that they had played interactive games with foreign teachers, which benefited them a lot who already looked forward to another visit in Anqing Foreign Language School.
